To see who has the best Dragonball Z picture(s) on the net. Anyone that enters has a chance of winning.
The winning picture and person will be posted on the special "Picture Heaven" page linked at the bottom.
Also, they will receive a DBZ action figure FREE by mail (if the winner permits). The person will
then receive a FREE, 100 mg web site, with a personalized url, which will become an automatic part of
the official Dragonball Z Web Ring. To enter, simply send the following;

-Name (what you would like to be known as, not necessarily your own name)
-Where you got the picture(s),
or if you made it/them yourself
-Your e-mail address, ICQ # (optional)
-The actual picture(s)

Rules:
1. The picture must be a standard .gif or .jpeg format. If the picture is received distorted
or corrupt, a reply message will be sent regarding the error.
2. All of the above requirements MUST
be sent with/in the e-mail. If they are not, a reply message will be sent regarding the error.

A winner can be selected before the contest closing date (July 1st 2001). The contest will not close,
as a different winner can be selected. You can find out if there is a current winner, by going to the
"Picture Heaven" link below. If the page has no winning picture, that means there has been no winning
person.
